    President & CEO

    Danny’s passion for entrepreneurism began early at the age of 13 and has since realized growth and success in multiple facets of the business world. As a teenager, he had success as a day trader in technology stocks, which served as the launching pad to future endeavors. At 18, he was the youngest Papa John’s franchisee in company history, and eventually owned and managed multiple locations across the state of Michigan. In his early 20s, Danny founded and served as CEO of a financial technology company that saw tremendous growth under his creative leadership, boarding thousands of customers nationwide before eventually being acquired by Alvarez & Marsal Capital.

    In conjunction with other ventures, Danny continues to invest in commercial and residential properties. What began in the early 2000s, DEN Development Group boasts a multimillion dollar portfolio with acquisitions and projects nationwide. Using creative ways to develop, redevelop and acquire new properties, as well as hand selecting the right partnerships when needed, has enabled Danny to build and maintain a sustainable growth pattern for DEN.

    Danny founded Zuza in 2013, a global-based business management software (BMS) utilized for customers in the hospitality, food services, retail and health/beauty sectors, and continues to expand its reach. With its unique and solution-based approach, Zuza offers industry-leading features such as loyalty & rewards programs, inventory matrix, customizable development and private branding, and much more. Such tools have helped Zuza expand across North America in just a few short years, and is currently expanding globally.

    When he’s not hard at work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors fishing lakeside and traveling abroad. Partnering up with groups such as Compassion International and other socio-economic organizations who have a primary focus on aiding children in need is near and dear to Danny’s heart.

    Shailesh Lolam

    Chief Technology Officer

    Shailesh is a technologist, an architect, a problem solver, and a hands-on developer. He is passionate about simplifying complexities in IT systems by breaking them down into smaller interacting components using engineering principles, and reusing those components in developing new opportunities to create business value.

    With more than 18 years in the IT industry, his experience spans across product development, consulting, architecture, building on-premises/cloud/hybrid and enterprise solutions, and implementing time-critical, technology-critical capabilities/solutions at large banks, financial institutions and specialty retail.

    Shailesh’s current technology interests include API, Cloud, and Data + AI + Bots + IoT --- a next wave of disruptive technologies.

    Noela Mikhail focuses on bringing Zuza operations to life — working with her team to create compelling solutions that address Zuza's day-to-day goals. Her diverse experience working with a wide range of businesses -- real estate development, fintech, and alternative energy -- is integral in achieving Company objectives in practical and transformative ways. Noela also serves as outside counsel for the Company through her role at Weiss Brown PLLC. Born and raised in the California Bay Area, she relocated to Scottsdale in 2010 with her family. She loves being a mom of 3 and is thankful that Arizona is next door to California.

    Tom Wilson

    VP of Business Development

    With a Business Finance degree from Kansas State University, Tom’s area of expertise is financial institutions where he has engaged in consulting and sales across a spectrum of organizations, from credit unions to mega banking institutions and their regulators.

    He joined a $7 billion bank in the Midwest where he worked on their financial risk forecasting, funding and hedge analytics team. After 8 years, he got bit by the technology bug and joined a Fiserv company in Scottsdale that specialized in financial institution solutions to provide performance and risk analytics. Tom later broadened his data and analytical expertise with companies like Business Objects, SAP, EMC, The SAS Institute and Unifi Software. Most recently, he served as the SVP of Enterprise Data & Analytics at a local financial institution. While there, he managed the team that deployed an Enterprise Data Lake to provide a centralized, trusted data source for their Customer Relationship Management system and all other corporatewide analytics.

    In his downtime, Tom takes advantage of all Arizona has to offer: boating, camping, hiking, skiing or a leisurely drive to the mountains with the top down. He also enjoys volunteering his time to local foster kids programs and homeless shelters. Favorite hobby away from Arizona is traveling the world looking for his next great scuba adventure.

Zuza announced earlier today that it will be working with Vantiv, Inc., on rolling out its white label POS solution to Vantiv’s extensive network of ISOs, banks and ISVs. As an industry leader of payment processing and related technologies for merchants and financial institutions, Vantiv sets the standard in choosing innovative partners. Zuza plans to continue positioning itself as a payment-agnostic, white label mPOS, and is excited to provide Vantiv’s partners with a tool that can give them the upper hand in a competitive marketplace.
